Shipping policy

We proudly ship to all U.S. states and Puerto Rico. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time your order is placed.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or in rare cases of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer, however we strive to get your tea to you as quickly as possible.
