At  W E Herbs, we take pride in offering high‑quality herbal teas and specialty blends. For health, safety, and freshness reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any tea or consumable items once they have left our store.
That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you have concerns about your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review each situation on a case‑by‑case basis and work with you to find a solution—whether that means a replacement, store credit, or another accommodation.
